Job Overview:


The _eCommerce Specialist_ is the front-line position engaging with customers, providing exceptional assistance, resolving issues, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

As an _eCommerce Specialist_, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their online orders.

You will need to have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

In this role, you will also need to be able to navigate various eCommerce platforms and work with the marketing team to ensure customer satisfaction.

eCommerce Specialist Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the eCommerce & Dance Store Manager.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve customer service processes & procedures.
  • Work closely with different teams (Marketing, Branding & Design, etc.)
  • Stock control & maintenance
  • Vendor relations & training
  • Studio training

eCommerce Specialist Requirements

  • Prior eCommerce, retail & Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills; Fluent in English
  • Ability to handle highvolume customer interactions
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Effective timemanagement skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks without assistance
  • Detailoriented and accurate data entry
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and order workflows
  • Be a selfstarter with a techsavvy nature and cando attitude towards all business tasks
  • Highlevel knowledge of social media to help support marketing campaigns and increase brand awareness
  • MS Office Suite, especially: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • MS Teams
  • Knowledge of AI

eCommerce Specialist Details
This is a full-time salary position; Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern. You will report directly to the eCommerce & Dance Store Manager. Payment is on a weekly basis (Wednesday's) and will be made via direct deposit to your bank account.

This position will require you to work in an office, but has the opportunity to split into WFH and in-office.

There may also be an opportunity to travel (_up to 3-weeks per year_) to our National Competitions to work on-site with vendors.
