What you can look forward to:
As a Team Leader for Building Management (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings and outdoor areas at our Rheine location


Your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating maintenance and repair work to ensure the upkeep of all buildings and outdoor areas
  • Continuing to develop, implement, and maintain inspection and maintenance plans
  • Acting as the responsible electrical specialist
  • Developing and monitoring external company management in facility management
  • Managing and scheduling employees, as well as conducting training and employee discussions
  • Creating and updating risk assessments, work instructions, and operating instructions for occupational safety
  • Monitoring documentation of completed work, repairs, and maintenance
  • Managing onsite security with internal and external employees and developing the alarm system
