    Solar Sales Consultant:


    Are you a dedicated self-starter with a passion for sales seeking an opportunity with uncapped earning potential? We seek a door-to-door Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in generating new customers within the Los Angeles residential market.


    Responsibilities:
    Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy through door-knocking in residential neighborhoods.
    Attend semiweekly meetings (every Tuesday and Thursday) to connect with the team.
    Demonstrate excellent customer service through each interaction.
    Follow weekly key performance indicators to ensure that you are meeting/exceeding sales goals.
    Attend training meetings and shadows to enhance your sales skills and develop your solar knowledge.
    Manage customer accounts in a prompt manner with a high level of professionalism.
    Other duties as assigned by your team leaders.


    Requirements:
    Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary.
    Full-time opportunity with a flexible working schedule (Tuesday-Saturday, preferred)
    Applicants must be 18 years or older.
    Must have reliable transportation and smartphone (IOS preferred).

    Able to perform with minimal supervision.
    Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize.

    Preferred Qualifications:


    1+ years of experience in any of the following industries: Home security sales, Satellite TV sales, Pest Control sales, Home Automation/Smart home sales, Direct sales, or Those with lead generation and/or sales management experience.

    Sales background or solar experience.
