Job Overview:
We at the TeleCom Group are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a B2B Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building connections with customers.
Work criteria:
- 1st 30 days in office training will be Parttime (22 hours per week).
- After 30 days in office will be Full time (40 hours per week).
- Monthly Commission will start after the first 30 days.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our offerings
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities
Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand complex products and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining a customercentric approach
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
