    The Project Specialist oversee various projects for the client including but not limited to:

    • Special service activations in the main campus
    • Liaison for equipment installations
    • Coordinating regional offerings
    • New Vendor onboarding

    Additionally, the project specialist will work with various stakeholders in the business as further described in job responsibilities.

    COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $90,000 - $105,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

    If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    Job Responsibilities

    The Project Specialist will oversee various activations and initiatives for the client and other business stakeholders including but not limited to the areas below.

    The project specialist will work with the leadership team and the client to engage various partnerships with Lifeworks. Responsibilities around partnerships include:
    - Vetting potential partners based on established criteria with the client and Lifeworks.
    - Educating new partners on policies and procedures at the client site in accordance with client protocols and Lifeworks protocols.
    - Manage communication with the client on potential partners in a timely manner.

    The project specialist will work with the operations team and support in the management of various workplace applications, such as POS systems, Uber Eats, etc. Responsibilities around workplace applications include:
    - Serving as a liaison between the application service provider and the operations team, communicating any deficiencies and issues, and following through on resolving them with the service provider.
    - Manage data collection from workplace applications and report analysis to the client and Lifeworks leadership team on a regular basis.
    - Manage feedback mechanisms where applicable and track and relay information to the client and the Lifeworks leadership team in a timely manner.

    The project specialist will work with the district manager and Aramark Refreshment Services (ARS) regional management to provide solutions and services to the client?s regional offices. Responsibilities around the regional offices include:
    - Serving as the main liaison between the ARS regional management and the clients of the regional offices.
    - In conjunction with ARS regional management, provide billing explanations for Aramark regional services to interested parties.
    - In conjunction with ARS regional management, provide new builds and solutions for new regional services to interested parties.

    The project specialist will work with the client and the district manager to identify key seasonal promotions around DEI, wellness, sustainability, and other corporate initiatives related to the client. Responsibilities around seasonal promotions include:
    - Tracking promotions and appropriate activations in a timely manner to ensure the operations team is prepared to activate partnerships and programs accordingly.
    - Communicating upcoming promotions and planned activities to the client and other interested parties.
    - In conjunction with the district manager and the leadership team, provide innovative solutions and strategies to support future promotions and increase Lifeworks engagement at the client site.

    Qualifications

    ? Experience managing multiple projects and coordinate with others.
    ? Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management or a Related Field Required
    ? Ability to use multiple problem-solving tools and techniques in order to anticipate and resolve issues fast.
    ? Ability to perform sophisticated analytical studies and draw sound conclusions.
    ? Capability of working independently with supervision.
