Roles & Responsibilities
Project Administration:
Utilize your proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace. Coordinate effectively with different team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Leverage your organizational skills to oversee project timelines and deliverables
Content Professionalization:
Being able to develop and work with fellow team members in creating content across the organization.
Website management:
Maintain professional online presence, including content optimization and updates.
Marketing initiatives:
Support the creation, management and refinement of marketing activity
Dental Operations:
Support the wider organization with patient interactions and contact center activity.
Miscellaneous Support:
Assist the wider organization, along with onboarding processes. The role also handles various one-off tasks as they arise, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Adaptability to new priorities and comfortable tolerating ambiguity
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and technologies.
