    Fair Logistics was founded in 2007 and started in Birmingham, Alabama with a focus in medical device logistics. This focus allowed us to learn the medical device supply chain to the extent our goal quickly became to be an indistinguishable extension of our clients. As we grew our footprint and expanded further in the healthcare industry, it became evident that we could provide our services to more than just medical device distributors and we quickly grew into the medical delivery field specializing in Orthopedics and surgical kits. This organic growth has created a strong base for our company to provide consistent, reliable, and cost-effective delivery solutions to our clients across the country.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    In this position, you will be assisting the Branch Operations Manager in everyday functionalities. We are seeking someone who is highly attentive to details and a meticulous documenter. We need someone who is extremely organized and takes ownership of their work. We would love someone who takes accountability for their mistakes as we don't expect you to be perfect or we'd hire a robot. We do need someone with a super strong work ethic. We would like you to be able to work autonomously to drive productivity, change and outcomes. Essentially, we are seeking a diamond in the rough The preferred candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure a project is complete and meets regulatory requirements and expectations. The following tasks are important to meeting the standards of the position:

    • Calendar management: meetings, travel arrangements, completion of expense reporting.
    • Support the completion of presentations, agendas, spreadsheets for business meetings (business reviews etc.).
    • Will maintain filing system for area, ensuring critical and/or confidential data is stored appropriately.
    • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of presentations and reports, coordination of key meetings/divisional business reviews.
    • Schedule meetings, secure facilities/equipment and prepare meeting materials both on and offsite.
    • Provide cross-functional leadership support on key initiatives/projects.
    • Perform various communications responsibilities including Organizational announcements, General communications.
    • Will be assigned non-routine projects with responsibilities across multiple departments and divisions (e.g. coordinating for and internal conferences, etc.).
    • Will support executive's organization and leaders with administrative tasks specific to the department.
    • Responsible for all Indirect purchases. In addition to include support to accounts payable and receiving department in researching invoice discrepancies and receiving issues.
    • Support the coordination of employee engagement activities.
    • Proven of delivering high standards regarding spelling, grammar, content, and brand compliance are required.
    • Support training of team members and stakeholders on process changes as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

    SHIFT DAYS & TIMES

    Monday - Friday | 8:00a to 4:00p

    PAY STRUCTURE

    $20.00/hr | W-2

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 3+ years providing high-level administrative support, including calendar, expense, and travel management.
    • Must have experience with meeting and/or event planning.
    • Must have demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite technology, including complex document creation, spreadsheet creation, and presentation creation.
    • Must have demonstrated proficiency in email and calendaring systems, preferring Outlook proficiency.
    • Must be detail orientated (e.g., calendar support across multiple time zones).
    • Must have the ability to take proactive initiative, to learn new concepts/processes, and be able to improve current processes.
    • Must have the ability to provide rapid, accurate responses to confidential/sensitive requests and to routinely handle confidential information.
    • Must have critical thinking skills.
    • Must have the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environment.
    • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and executive schedules.
    • Must have excellent communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal).
    • Experience with international travel is required.

    Travel Percentage: Up to 20%
