Responsibilities:


  • Complete administrative support tasks for the office manager, project manager, general contractor, and other construction management staff
  • Organize meeting logistics and deliverables such as handouts, and make travel arrangements for the project management team
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors as a point of contact to solicit new jobs
  • Produce forms such as purchase orders, service agreements, change orders, and subcontracts
  • Support our company in executing marketing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
  • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and onbrand
  • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is uptodate and relevant
  • Regularly update social media and respond to followers
  • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements

Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with the construction industry is desired, but not required
  • Three years of experience of administrative experience is necessary previous administrative duties in a busy construction office is desired
  • Superb organization and communication skills, as well as great time management, are essential
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree is a bonus high school diploma is required
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) are needed

We are a construction company specializing in home modification for aging in place for residential homes, we have been in the construction and real estate space for the last 25 years.
