    Responsibilities Responsibilities:
    + Lead Workday change management efforts in partnership with HCM team + Provide project management for Workday HCM implementation, including project planning and scheduling. + Work closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct business process analysis, and configure Workday HCM to meet client needs. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. + Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and change control documentation. + Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. + Conduct regular meetings with project teams to provide updates on project status, discuss challenges, and make recommendations for improvement. + Lead end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition to Workday HCM. + Stay current with Workday updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.


    Qualifications:
    + Strong understanding of HCM processes such as HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams. + Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Experience working in the public sector or with public sector clients is a plus. + Ability to travel to client sites as needed. Qualifications + BS or BA degree required + 5+ years of related experience in Human Resources. + Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and experience working with employees and managers. Compensation Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

    • As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role:
    $60,000 - $125,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role. .
