    Description

    Universal Orlando Resort values in-person collaboration as crucial for success. Many Team Members work in a hybrid capacity, spending at least three days per week in the workplace. Some roles require full-time on-site presence. Limited remote opportunities may exist in specific departments, details of which will be provided during the recruitment process.

    JOB SUMMARY: Overseeing all aspects of compensation projects, analytics, and UDX-wide compensation program requirements.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Managing compensation initiatives and projects on a global UDX scale and significant regional projects. Involves project planning, design reviews, detailed analytics, modeling, cost estimates, visualizations, presentations, system and payroll processing, and communication support. Collaborating closely with internal peers, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Handling compensation recommendations and job evaluations for complex functional or regional roles, overseeing departmental or multiple job reviews, and contributing to executive compensation.
    • Supervising global compensation programs, practices, and policies, including short and long-term incentives, survey analysis, intercompany transfers, compliance, and audits. Developing, adjusting, and upholding tools, resources, guidelines, and SOPs as necessary.
    • Supervising various core compensation planning areas/programs (e.g., merit, bonus, LTI, compensation statements) including scheduling, project planning, material distribution and collection, reporting, auditing, and processing.
    • Participating actively in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by adhering to established UO policies, procedures, training, and team involvement activities.
    • Performing other assigned duties as required.

    EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources or Business is mandatory.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 3-5 years of compensation analysis experience is crucial.
    • 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources environment is necessary;
    • or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: CCP certification preferred
