- Have 7+ years of experience working with Federal Government or Commercial requirements.
- Have experience in the following areas:
- Conducting analysis and research into policy and best practices.
- Consulting with Federal Government or Commercial entities related to Contracts Management.
- Administration experience and handling of documentation.
- Experience working cross functionally within a diverse workforce.
- Research of legal and statutory requirements.
- Working within a team.
- Prioritizing high priority requirements to meet strict deadlines and objectives.
- Have ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Prior managerial experience.
- Are organized.
- Attitude and aptitude are key. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work collaboratively with team members, including in an advisory role to program management, executive management, and the customers.
- FAR, DFAR, or other Acquisition Supplements.
- Industry or Government contracts certifications (CPCM, CCCM, CFCM, etc....)
- Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc....)
- Understanding of Pricing, Finance, or Accounting principles.
- Interest and/or experience in Vendor/Subcontractor Management.
- Experience in mobile telecom space
