Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated hvac, plumbing, property management, mechanics, and low voltage electric company seeking a Contract Manager to join our team.

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, developing business relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Strong customer and vendor relationship abilities. Analytic with processes, followup/follow through and managing contracts, and projects assigned or requested to perform.


Duties:

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial award to contract execution and renewal
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for the company
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Conduct regular contract reviews to identify areas for improvement or renegotiation
• Provide guidance and support to sales teams in contractrelated matters
• Knowledge of hvac, plumbing, electrical (low voltage), mechanical, and property management or ability to grasp quickly workings in these job areas

Skills:

• Proven experience in account management in hvac and plumbing, and property management or business development
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
• Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems for contract management
• Ability to analyze complex contracts and legal documents
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in warm calling or sales prospecting is a plus
• Excellent customer service relations and telephone etiquette
