    In recent years, digital platforms have become an increasingly critical part of delivering phenomenal customer and crew experience.

    We have invested to build assets and capabilities that will take advantage of this growing consumer interest in digital, including upgrades to the mobile app, as well as installation of self-order kiosks, and digital menu boards.

    As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Global Mobile App directly impacting our customer experiences.

    You will be the champion of both the internal and end Mobile App customer, translating their needs and feedback into product requirements and driving customer-centric product development.

    You will also partner with the wider Channels teams, integrating best-in-class applications that bring all the experiences together into a cohesive, usable, accessible interface.

    Drive end-to-end product development partnering with the other pillars across Ordering, Engagement and Serve, including conducting market research, defining customer requirements, crafting product specifications, and working with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features.

    Address cross-product platform concerns, particularly focusing on mobile-specific experiences such as navigation and information architecture, as well as leveraging common resources such as our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the app

    Develop relationships with markets, operations & customers to deeply understand their perspectives and pain points as you craft your strategic roadmap.

    Define and oversee product performance metrics, including speed-to-market, iOS & Android performance, and overall quality, to assess product success and drive roadmap decisions.

    Establish frameworks and governance protocols for seamless integrations across various aspects of our mobile app ecosystem, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and reliability while fostering innovation and efficiency in product development processes.

    Facilitate release planning, demos with stakeholders and other Agile practices on an operational basis.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global markets including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.

    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or an equivalent. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
    Demonstrable track record of product management.
    Solid understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and standard processes.
    Ordering, Serve, Digital Channels, etc.)
    Experience in mobile app development frameworks, platforms, and technologies is a plus.
