We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Product Manager.

This unique position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience, particularly in the realm of launching data-driven products with experience in leveraging analytic expertise to drive strategic decision-making.


Job Description Responsibilities**:

Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation, requirements gathering, development to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of highquality products.

Market Analysis and Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the analytics space.
  • Engage with customers to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into product development.

Data-Driven Decision Making:


  • Drive the use of data and analytics in decisionmaking processes, leveraging insights to iterate on products and enhance user experiences.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication:


  • Effectively communicate product strategies, plans, and results to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.
  • Indirectly lead a crossfunctional team of data scientists, engineers, and designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and skill development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus in the retail industry, FMCG market, and shopping behavior analytics space.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable product plans.
  • Proven track record of establishing strong customer relationships across levels of an organization and delivering value.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey both technical and nontechnical trend analysis in a clear and clientfriendly manner, supporting developer communications.
  • Experience analyzing trends across data sources to identify market disruptions, data quality issues, and errors in processing. Ability to put together visual reports and clear nontechnical documentation on complex processes.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong writing/presentation skills: Be adept at capturing requirements or other product documentation as well as conducting product trainings needed.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with data analytics and creating insights out of data.
