What You'll Do:


The Product Line Manager, Global Footwear, will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Wilson Sporting Goods' footwear offerings.

You will be at the forefront of blending art with science to manifest the Wilson Footwear vision both in physical and digital retail spaces, ensuring a premium brand and consumer experience.


Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for all Product Line Management tasks within the Global Footwear category relating to the products you manage, working closely with essential partners and cross-functional teams to devise strategies that prioritize the consumer experience.
  • Using a profound knowledge of footwear product trends, a fervent passion for sports footwear, and the capability to serve and inspire consumers. You will be steering product creation teams to keep Wilson at the forefront of sports performance.
  • Accountable for collaborating across team to foster teamwork, by working across various departments, ensuring seamless communication and processes that cater to our consumers' needs.
  • Agile thinking, the ability to thrive in a fastpaced setting, outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a talent for presenting ideas compellingly are key to this role.

What We're Looking For:
This role requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a product-focused role, preferably in footwear

  • Great product instincts an understanding of sports, culture and fashion
  • Analytical thinking a balance of both qualitative and quantitative skills
  • Collaboration demonstrated skill in building crossfunctional working relationships
  • Entrepreneurship ability to work effectively in a fluid environment and willingness to wear multiple hats, as necessary
  • Strong intuition for product creation and business acumen
  • A creative mindset with a passion for sports, lifestyle fashion, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Visual Tool Creation (PowerPoint/Keynote/Miro), Excel, and Word.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20%)

Salary Range:
$100K-$140K + 10% bonus opportunity
