Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Data Products team.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and successful implementation of new product focused on helping our customers better manage their medical equipment through data and analytics.

Your experience with mission critical assets coupled with your expertise in product management, will be critical in shaping our strategic roadmap and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and their patients.


_ Duties/Responsibilities_

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and execute the product strategy for our hospital and healthcare solutions. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Lead the endtoend product development process, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver highquality, usercentric healthcare products.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals. Continuously prioritize features, enhancements, and updates based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, and patients, to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate feedback into product development. Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful product launches and ongoing product adoption.
  • Lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure effective and timely product delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Perform data & analytics deep dives in partnership with our Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure reliability of datasets and accuracy of insights provided through the product.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop gotomarket strategies, positioning, and messaging for new products. Support marketing efforts by providing product knowledge, conducting product training, and participating in customer presentations and demonstrations.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify potential threats and opportunities. Conduct regular analysis and benchmarking of competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitive and meet or exceed market standards.
