    Job Description

    Project Manager

    This role requires full-time presence at our offices in Mexico City, Mexico.

    • Design custom solutions based on client project requirements and ensure timely delivery as per contract terms.
    • Support the implementation of diverse products and Points of Presence (POP) in Mexico.
    • Validate technical specifications according to project needs and develop solution designs.
    • Assist procurement and support teams by handling supplier inquiries on equipment and services for client projects.
    • Assess the viability of proposed solutions from suppliers.
    • Oversee project delivery to meet contract terms, ensuring progress and quality.
    • Supervise suppliers throughout the delivery phase to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
    • Conduct required tests for local product deployments.
    • Provide insights to the headquarters based on customer feedback and experiences with our products.
    • Coordinate with global headquarters and regional offices to communicate resource and technical needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
    • At least 2 years of experience in the telecom sector.
    • Familiarity with telecom network structures.
    • Understanding of IPT, IEPL, IT networks, and security monitoring solutions.
    • Proficiency in bilingual or trilingual communication for local operations (Chinese + English + Spanish or Chinese + English).
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
    • Proactive and accountable approach to work.
    • PMP certification is a plus.
