    Description

    Job Description:

    Aneuvo is innovating in the field of neuromodulation devices and bioelectronic medicine to address diseases and injuries that are currently untreatable with traditional medications. We are building a strong team with diverse expertise to develop and launch our products successfully.

    We are searching for a dynamic individual to oversee the effective execution of interconnected projects. The ideal candidate should demonstrate tenacity, resilience, and unwavering determination in achieving project objectives. This role demands someone who can navigate complex project environments with confidence, ensuring deliverables are met with the highest level of quality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead projects from inception to completion, setting and managing project timelines.
    • Coordinate project schedules with various teams including Product Development, Quality Assurance, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.
    • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and propose solutions.
    • Communicate project challenges to senior management and maintain positive interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Align project activities with company goals and drive process improvements.
    • Analyze project costs, oversee technical programs, and manage risks and procurement.
    • Stay updated on new project management practices and have a deep understanding of medical device development processes.
    • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
    • Mentor team members on project management best practices.
    • Collaborate across teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
    • Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Wrike.
    • Knowledge of FDA regulations and relevant standards.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Business acumen and strategic thinking.
    • Knowledge of medical devices and manufacturing environments.
    • Understanding of electronic Quality Management Systems.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Professional certifications such as PMP.
    • Experience in a diverse business model.
    • Ability to thrive in a matrixed and diverse business setting.
    • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
    • Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities and market understanding.
    • Proficiency in financial models and analytical tools.
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
