    Description

    We are seeking a talented Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years experience working in the civic architectural field to join our team. A Project Manager will work under the direction of a Principal and is responsible for the completion of projects and management of a team for a wide range of project sizes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with owner and team to fully understand the individuality of the client project and development of the programmatic direction
    • Lead a team of Architects, Project Associates, Interior Designers, Interior Designer Associates, and Planners to develop design solution in collaboration with Directors of Design
    • Mentoring a team of technical/design-oriented professionals
    • Ensure feasibility, constructability, and life safety/code requirements are met
    • Work on project development in design phases
    • Create and modify specifications under the direction of a specification writer
    • Maintain project delivery schedule and communicate concerns with the project team
    • Prepare schematic and design development phase presentation materials
    • Develop construction documentation and specifications
    • Create develop and maintain BIM projects through all phases of projects
    • Coordinate with consultants utilizing BIM, 2D documentation, and specifications
    • Prepare request for pricing and review of shop drawings during construction
    • Complete site visits as necessary

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, and Office 365
    • Experience with Navisworks, and AutoDesk FormIt, preferred
