The under-construction Staybridge Suites Miramar Beach is looking for a top performing Opening Hotel Sales Manager. Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take on a new challenge? Staybridge Suites Miramar is seeking a friendly and experienced Opening Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel''s Sales goals and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. As Opening Hotel Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, including staff members, guests, and vendors. Your excellent leadership skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our hotel's reputation for providing outstanding service. Some Key Areas of Responsibilities for the Opening Hotel Sales Manager

Promote and market the property.

Manage budgets, financial plans, financial records, and statistical information.

Recruit, train, and coach staff.

Achieve profit targets.

Deal with guest complaints and comments.

Compliance with all current brand standards including regulatory and Commonwealth Hotels.

Requirements for the Opening Hotel Sales Manager

Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum, and social skills.

Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.

Detail-oriented professional.

Understanding of group and transient sales processes and forecasting procedures.

Excellent organization skills, manage time well, correctly prioritizes, and is flexible.
