    The Role:
    We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President Marketing of Marketing to join our leadership team.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, team player, and results-oriented professional who can spearhead our marketing efforts to position FutureScaleX as a leader in sustainable growth consulting, research, and advisory.

    You will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the delivery and promotion of high-quality research and consulting services globally.


    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Marketing Leadership:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision, values, and goals. Lead the marketing team to execute campaigns that promote sustainable growth solutions and showcase our thought leadership in the industry.

    Brand Development and Positioning:
    Shape and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. Establish FutureScaleX as a trusted authority in sustainable growth through thought leadership, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

    Market Research and Analysis:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks. Utilize market research to inform product/service development and enhance the company's competitive edge.
    Content Strategy and

    Thought Leadership:
    Oversee the creation of compelling and informative content that highlights our expertise in sustainable growth. Drive thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, webinars, and speaking engagements, to position FutureScaleX as an industry influencer.
    Digital Marketing and

    Online Presence:
    Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement. Optimize the company's website and digital channels to attract, convert, and retain clients interested in sustainable growth solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement website enhancements, updates, and improvements. Monitor website performance metrics and user engagement to identify opportunities for optimization.

    Lead Generation and Top Line Growth Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive a steady stream of qualified leads.

    Utilize a combination of inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including content marketing, SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to generate leads.

    Implement lead scoring and nurturing processes to maximize lead conversion rates. Create and execute marketing plans to drive revenue growth and achieve top-line targets. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and develop marketing campaigns accordingly.

    Collaboration and Relationship Building:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure a unified and integrated approach to marketing. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.

    Qualifications:
    Advanced degree (MBA) from top-tier university Proven experience (15 years+) as a senior marketing executive, preferably in the research, advisory, or consulting industry. Strong understanding of sustainability principles and their application to business growth. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies. Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans. Experience in managing and inspiring high-performance marketing teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate industry shifts, and identify growth opportunities. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
