    Our client is seeking a Sales Manager/ Director with experience in the Electrical (distribution) Industry particular experience in emergency supply or need-it-now supply for a rapidly-growing early-stage company in the greater Philladelphia market. Experience working with and selling to electrical distributors, an understanding of reverse supply chain, surplus, repair, and remarketing is imperative.

    Background/Experience:

    • Electrical: 2 years (Required)
    • Need-It-Now / Surplus: 2 years (Required)
    • Sales Management / Leadership: 2 years (Required)
    • Buying parts for resale: 2 years (Required)
    • Market pricing / Spot pricing: 2 years (Required)
    • Marketing/Funnels: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Building a sales team: 2 years (Required)
    • Cold Calling and Partnerships: 2 years (Required)
    • Warehouse management: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Advanced Excel: 4 years (Preferred)

    Language:

    English (Required)

    Prior experience or working knowledge of our industry

    • Electrical
    • Plumbing/HVAC
    • MRO
    • Industrial Spares
    • Prior experience or working knowledge of the systems we use daily, SQL, AWS, SellerCloud, HubSpot, Excel, Epicor, Infor, and Quickbooks
    • Prior experience working with SaaS style sales pipelines
    • Operating an "Order Desk"
    • Working with authorized distributors
    • Working with inventory management systems
    • Project management processes and lean methodology

    Responsibilities:

    • Play a key role in the continued development of our company culture.
    • Development and management of the lead generation process.
    • Executive decision on product pricing within the guidelines set forth.
    • Management of Key customer relationships.
    • Oversight of the flagship program.
    • Management and improvement of the inbound and outbound pipelines.
    • Hiring, training, and management of the Sales Team.
    • Implementation and measurement of KPI's.
    • Setting a strategy, collecting data, and analyzing it.
    • Staying current on industry trends and capitalizing on them.
    • Converting Enterprise Customers into Key Relationships.
    • Uncovering new opportunities and obstacles with creative solutions.
    • Leveraging technology to improve process and make lives easier.
    • Being able to interpret a long- and short-range strategic plan, provide suggestions, and put forth your own strategic plan with rocks to achieve the mutually agreed upon goals.
