    Learn more at Eye Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Sacramento, California area who is responsible for accelerating growth throughout the assigned territory.

    The RSM will achieve growth through; development of a reseller channel, work with major end users, project development with Strategic/National accounts and work with regional consultants, specifying Eagle Eye in future developments.

    This is a hunter role.

    The RSM ensures profitable growth by planning and executing a territory expansion plan primarily in the security systems and IT space.

    Knowledge of this market and sales experience of like technologies is a plus.

    ResponsibilitiesAchievement of sales quota monthly, quarterly, and yearly while maintaining expensesDevelop and grow the channel by prospecting and signing up new qualified resellers (Security/IT Dealers)Build relationships and grow resellers achieving sales plans through this channelUncover end-user opportunities predominately through resellers and work to closeFollow-up efficiently on all leads provided to the territoryMaintain a territory-wide sales plan that provides full geographic coverage while achieving sales quotaTravel frequently and efficiently throughout the region to major customer sitesSupport Eagle Eye in companywide industry meetings and exhibitionsCollaborate with team members ensuring Reseller partners are trained to sell, install/maintain our solutionsBecome the face and spokesperson for Eagle Eye in your territoryWork with leadership to ensure your strategy is solid and is with keeping of the overall company goalsWork with 3rd party technology and sales partners to grow sales through and with their channelsCall on branches of Strategic Accounts within the region, work closely with colleagues in growing this channelDevelop relationships and support with consulting engineers within the region.

    Support their business needsCommunicate effectively with internal teams ensuring Eagle Eye business departments and leadership have a full understanding of needs and opportunities for growthUtilize as a primary tool the CRM used by Eagle Eye ensuring it is constantly updated and maintained within company guidelinesExperience5+ years of field sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT or security sales with video or access systemsSuccessful experience selling as an employee of a major security manufacturerConsultative/solutions sales experience with 90+ day B2B sales cyclesExcellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentationsDemonstrated self-confidence with high energy and enthusiasmThe highest level of ethics and professionalism always maintainedGreat business judgement with the ability to make successful decisions in driving a highly profitable businessDemonstrated ability to meet/exceed a multimillion-dollar quotaWhy work for Eagle Eye?Eagle Eye Networks is an innovative, global start-up building the only platform powerful enough to support the future of video surveillance and security.
