    A PROPOS DU LYCEUM KENNEDY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

    Le Lyceum Kennedy International School propose une éducation bilingue franco-américaine de la Petite Section à la Terminale, ainsi qu'un programme bilingue anglais-japonais pour les élèves de maternelle.

    Notre équipe pédagogique composée d'enseignants titulaires issus des systèmes français, américain et japonais assure un enseignement individualisé, différencié et innovant au sein de classes à petits effectifs.

    Nous recherchons un Admissions Coordinator à temps partiel (20 heures par semaine) dès que possible. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le directeur des admissions et de l'engagement stratégique, l'Admissions Coordinator veillera à ce que le processus d'admission soit fluide et efficace pour nos futurs parents.

    RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

    · Veiller à ce que tous les aspects du processus d'admission soient traités en temps utile : prise de contact, évaluation, inscription et onboarding des familles.

    · Mettre en oeuvre les procédures établies afin de dynamiser les admissions et la rétention des élèves.

    · Communiquer la mission, les valeurs fondamentales et les programmes pédagogiques de l'école aux parents candidats.

    · Mettre en oeuvre un processus d'admission fluide pour les parents candidats.

    · Cultiver des relations avec les organisations concernées, telles que les missions diplomatiques, les entreprises et la communauté des expatriés.

    · Coordonner et organiser des visites de l'école pour les familles candidates.

    · Planifier les évaluations pour les élèves candidats.

    · Assister, organiser et mettre en œuvre les événements liés aux admissions, telles que les journées portes ouvertes et la réception annuelle des nouveaux parents.

    · Compétences exceptionnelles en matière d'écoute et de communication, confiance en soi et humilité

    · Faire preuve de rigueur et de responsabilité tout en s'adaptant à des publics multiples et changeants.

    · Être capable de proposer des idées originales et de les mener à bien.

    · Posséder les compétences et l'optimisme nécessaires pour collaborer efficacement avec les autres membres de l'équipe et bien représenter l'école au sein de la communauté.

    · Une personnalité joyeuse et positive, qui fait de vous un ambassadeur naturel de notre école.

    · Un esprit international et une connaissance du système éducatif français sont un plus.

    PRE-REQUIS

    · Langue maternelle française, maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire

    · Licence en Communication/Marketing/Education

    · 2 à 4 ans d'expérience réussie dans le domaine des admissions ou dans l'équipe administrative d'une école indépendante

    . Visa de travail valide aux Etats-Unis

    Benefits

    Il s'agit d'un poste à temps partiel (20 heures par semaine). Le salaire horaire pour ce poste sera compris entre $32 et $35 dollars, en fonction de l'expérience et des qualifications du candidat. Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible.
