Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate seamless admissions by liaising with hospitals and referral resources
  • Collaborate to address operational challenges impacting admissions
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance referrals and admissions
  • Educate visitors on resident care protocols and policies
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with hospitals and community organizations
  • Ensure accurate financial verification prior to admission
  • Stay abreast of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care reimbursement procedures
  • Provide monthly statistical reports to the team
