    We are now hiring a marketing & sales specialist to join the team at our corporate location Located at 24862 Elliott Rd, Defiance, OH If you're looking for long-term employment with a company you can grow with, this is the position for you

    Looking for someone to assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies and tactics aimed at generating leads, achieving revenue targets, and business objectives.

    Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check prior to employment.

    Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    Job Overview:

    • Coordinating marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
    • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs and tailor sales material to support sales efforts and generate leads.
    • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics.

    What you'll be doing:

    1. Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including advertising, digital marketing, content creation, and social media campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
    • Create engaging and informative content for campaigns, website pages and social media to attract and engage potential leads.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize lead generation effectiveness.
    • Assist in the development of marketing & sales collateral, such as printed marketing materials, case studies, presentations, proposals, and website content, to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    2. Sales & Account Management Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs and tailor sales material to support sales efforts and generate leads.
    • Generate regular reports that show sales data, trends, and performance to provide insights to sales management.
    • Provide CRM training and support to the sales team and recommend features that streamline sales processes and workflows.
    • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics to track and enhance the overall client experience, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to sales team on market opportunities, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    What we're looking for:

    • Ability and understanding of foundational marketing principles ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maximizing effectiveness in reaching target audiences.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (HubSpot preferred), Marketing analytics tools and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines.
    • Results-driven and proactive with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

    Additional Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience working in an office environment is preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on lead generation and campaign management.
    • Business travel is required to close business and manage customers, typically 15-20% or more if requested by leadership.

    Work Environment

    • Work is typically performed in an office setting, but could involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
    • Work outside of the office will typically be traveling in a car or other type of transportation vehicle.
