Position Overview:


We are currently seeking an experienced Brand Image Specialist/Visual Merchandiser (m/w/d) to join our Ralph Lauren Family at our stores in the Designer Village in Ingolstadt and Landquart, Fort Jennings, OH.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the creative execution and maximizing sales and profits at our stores in Ingolstadt and Landquart PFS Channel
  • Manage projects and provide progress reports, proposals, and presentations to support brand image
  • Assist with the opening of new stores and modernization programs by providing relevant information to business partners
  • Plan, create, and deliver seasonal installations and displays in collaboration with team members and business partners
  • Ensure the execution of all product and creative strategies at the defined stores
  • Oversee the implementation of seasonal window displays and provide feedback to the office team
  • Create floor plans and determine space and layout requirements for the region in collaboration with senior management
  • Manage timelines and critical paths according to the regional market business plan
  • Act as a creative ambassador, making recommendations to drive sales and elevate the brand
  • Conduct store walkthroughs to review merchandising opportunities and product placement, working with store management and regional partners
  • Capture highquality photos of seasonal and weekly updates as per company expectations
  • Identify and present commercial opportunities to the line manager
  • Bring attention to new brand opportunities
  • Partner with management to ensure timely accounting of expenses within the financial calendar
