What to expect
  • Learn business processes and organizational structures of the training company
  • Engage and take responsibility in company departments such as sales, marketing, human resources, accounting, purchasing, or export
  • Active communication with our customers and internal interfaces
  • Participation in regular product trainings
  • Working in an international team
  • The duration of the training is 3 years, depending on previous education or training progress 2.5 years
What you bring
  • Enthusiasm for independent work and teamwork
  • Good communication skills and high self-motivation
  • Educational background: good secondary school leaving certificate, good intermediate school leaving certificate
  • Ideally practical experience (student internship, part-time job)
