We are seeking new team members who share our vision: a healthcare system that prioritizes patients. At Qunomedical, we assist clinics and hospitals in providing exceptional digital patient experiences. We also directly support patients before, during, and after their treatment.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will be a part of our Marketing team, which includes Paid Marketing specialists, CRM, SEO, content, and design experts.

We provide relevant information throughout the patient journey and offer options that they may not have known were available, such as higher quality care, lower costs, and faster appointments.

This position is based in Berlin, but remote work from anywhere in Germany is possible.

\_\_What will challenge you?\_\_

Building customized patient journeys in SFMC using your expertise in database management and data extensions
Managing the connection between Sales and Marketing Cloud
Creating dynamic blocks and personalizing content
Establishing Data Extensions, filters, and measures
Setting up Automation Studio activities

Working closely with other teams (Sales, Tech, Product)

Analyzing current results and identifying areas for improvement
Testing and implementing new triggers and communication methods
Creating an Implementation Roadmap for Customer Journey related projects
Presenting and discussing results of tested scenarios

Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and HTML
Understanding of Customer Journey design and how different touchpoints contribute to overall success
Ability to present ideas and engage
