Sales Assistant / Office Assistant in the Insurance Sector / Insurance Salesperson / Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) - permanent position:

You will be working for Sparkassen-Versicherung Sachsen as a sales assistant for the Cornelia Walkowiak agency in a permanent employment relationship.

The position is available full-time or part-time and is permanent.

Your responsibilities:

- managing all customer and support tasks, particularly for existing customers
- being the point of contact for phone inquiries, such as service requests, claims, etc.
- preparing and following up on customer appointments and sales activities
- preparing and reviewing applications, templates, agreements, and monitoring document returns
- monitoring deadlines, due dates, follow-ups, and
