We are a specialist planning office for project development and technical building equipment (TGA).

As our customer base in the industrial and commercial sector continues to expand, we are looking for individuals who can build a solid professional future with fresh ideas and our experience.

We are looking for technical system planners for building services (m/f/d) in full-time for our location in Hemau.


Your profile:

  • Completed training as a technical system planner for building services / alternatively as a technical draftsman for HVAC / alternatively further training as a master or technician in building services
  • Knowledge of common office applications
  • Experience with Microstation/Tricad programs is an advantage
  • Solutionoriented and structured way of working
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Strong team and communication skills

Your tasks:

  • Designing and visualizing building services systems in 3D through all phases of the HOAI
  • Creating diagrams, media and consumer lists, as well as quantity surveys
  • Creating all related calculations
  • Selection and inquiries of technical components
  • Site visits (surveys, onsite feasibility checks, etc.)
  • Reviewing and checking installation and existing plans
  • Close internal coordination with planners and project managers
