We are currently seeking a
student (m/f/d) in the field of asset management for our location in
Cologne at the earliest possible date.


YOUR TASKS

  • Support in developing real estate strategies and leasing concepts
  • Implementation and execution of marketing concepts
  • Rent collection control and resulting collection processes
  • Tenant support and handling of verbal and written correspondence
  • Assistance in managing a real estate portfolio
  • Support in document management and reporting
  • Coordination and management of external service providers

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ongoing (university) studies, preferably with a focus on real estate
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is desirable
  • Creativity, commitment, affinity for numbers, and team orientation
  • Interest in real estate and financial issues
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and sociability
  • Problemsolving skills and a conscientious and independent work style
