Call Center Agent (m/f/d) - Recruiting starting from 03/04/2023
We are a medium-sized, owner-managed company and a leader in the tourism industry. Our clients include well-known companies such as Lufthansa, Eurowings, AIDA, and TUI. Our top priority is providing excellent service and consultation.
Your responsibilities:
- You will provide telephone support to customers for various inquiries such as new bookings, cancellations, changes, name changes, adding or modifying additional services, booking issues, and more.
- You will inform customers about special services such as wheelchair assistance, accompanying minors, etc.
- As a Call Center Agent, you will ensure professional and reliable customer service over the phone.
