Introduction:


This is what you can expect at SAUTER FM - As the team leader in the purchasing department, you will take on the professional leadership of a team of 4.


Your tasks:


  • You will conduct
    contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers in a goaloriented manner.
  • You will carefully
    review and
    compare the obtained offers.
  • Together with your team, you will process the demand requests from our branches.
  • In consultation with our project managers, you will
    commission
    maintenance, construction, and repair services for the properties we manage.
  • You will support the management in negotiating and creating
    framework agreements.
  • At the same time, you will be a competent contact person for clarifying daily technical issues for your team.

Your profile:


  • A commercial education, preferably in the
    construction sector, alternatively a successfully completed apprenticeship as an office manager or industrial clerk with relevant work experience.

Professional experience in the construction, finishing, or facility management sector.

  • Knowledge of
    construction and service law (BGB and VOB) is required.
  • Good ERP and MS Office skills.
  • First leadership experience.
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
