    We're seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Representative to join our passionate team and contribute to our mission of delivering the highest quality bulk distillate, flower, and concentrates to California's most innovative brands and biggest buyers. This isn't a sales job for the faint of heart. It's an opportunity to become a strategic partner, a trusted advisor, and a market shaper within the dynamic world of California cannabis. You'll be the bridge between SISU Extracts' exceptional products and the evolving needs of the industry.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Relationship Architect:

    • Prospect and qualify: Identify and cultivate leads of potential high-volume B2B buyers.
    • Craft compelling solutions: Analyze customer needs and develop customized bulk distillate, flower, and concentrate supply programs that fuel their success.
    • Negotiate and close deals: Secure agreements that mutually benefit SISU Extracts and our partners, exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term trust.
    • Nurture relationships: Be the point of contact and build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and exceeding expectations.

    Market Mastermind:

    • Stay ahead of the curve: Be an expert on the California cannabis market, tracking trends, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Product evangelist: Champion SISU Extracts' commitment to excellence, passionately educating brands on our product offerings and their exceptional benefits.
    • Collaborate for success: Work closely with internal teams across production, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for each partner.

    Data Dynamo:

    • Maintain meticulous records: Track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay organized and on top of details: Manage your time effectively, juggle multiple priorities, and ensure deadlines are met with unwavering precision.

    • Working Environment

      • This role will require applicant to reside in greater Southern California area.
      • Employee will be working out of home office with access to our showroom in LA area.

      Job Requirements

      • Work revolves around objectives, projects and priorities, not hours; must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
      • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule.
      • Must be able to travel to other office locations.
      • Ability to use computer for 8 hours or more.
      • Required to have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving history. Must have own transportation.
      • Must be 21 years of age or older.
      • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
      • Selected candidate will reside in Southern California area
