Your tasks

Processing and checking incoming orders, customer orders, and delivery schedules
Support in price negotiations and customer visits
Processing and management of price agreements
Creating credit notes and direct debits
Maintenance of master data using SAP ERP
Correspondence with national and international customers (written, by phone, in person)
Commercial project support in cooperation with the project manager

Your profile

Ideally, a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, or a technical apprenticeship with experience in the commercial field
Professional experience in the metal or automotive
