- Drive the renewal process for existing accounts and identify opportunities for account expansion
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as a main point of contact between the company and its clients
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, and articulate the value proposition of our products or services to meet those requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Coordinate with Customer Success, Customer Support, and Product Teams as needed
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly, working towards resolutions that align with both customer satisfaction and company objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics within your book of business
- Customer Service Mindset. You love customers You love working with them directly. You are energized by delivering a customer experience they can't stop raving about

- Experience. You have relevant experience in Account Management and/or Customer Success. This is likely 3+ years owning a book of business and driving renewals and expansion as an AM, CSM, or Account Executive
- Great Communication & Executive Presence. You're comfortable presenting to and engaging executives and can speak to how Crayon fits into strategic goals and initiatives with credibility
