Our client, in the Software/Consulting Services industry, is looking for a Remote Account Manager to add to their team in the New England Region.
You will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Your mission will be not only to retain valued clients but to also identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance their business through the diverse range of products and services.
90% of your time will be spent nurturing and supporting existing accounts, and the remaining 10% of your time will be hunting for new business opportunities with new and aging accounts.
