    We're a high-performing team looking for passionate, execution-focused, self-starters to help us build equity management tools for founders.

    Pulley is growing quickly with over 3000 customers including unicorns like Clubhouse, Birdies, and Coda - all within our first year of product launch.

    Our trajectory is fueled by top investors like Founder's Fund, Stripe, General Catalyst, Caffeinated Capital, 8vc, Elad Gil, among other great angels.

    All of our growth has been organic, and we're growing the team to meet the demand.
    Recruiting Lead

    As our Recruiting Lead, you will work closely with leadership to understand the company's strategic direction and translate this into an effective talent plan.

    Your role involves championing innovative recruitment approaches, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring a strong employer brand presence.

    We are growing quickly, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies that help Pulley achieve our ambitious goals.

    Responsibilities
    Set recruiting objectives that align with broader company goals.
    Build and manage a team of recruiters to create a strong pipeline and deliver a strong candidate experience.
    Establish strong partnerships with leadership to understand and anticipate hiring needs in line with business growth and development.
    Proactively identify and execute on employer branding opportunities.
    Maintain hands-on involvement in recruitment activities, carrying a certain number of requisitions and actively recruiting for key positions.
    Value creativity, innovation, collaboration and process amongst your team and the organization.
    Implement best practices in recruitment processes and tools, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and enhancing the candidate experience.
    Oversee the management of the recruitment budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet hiring goals.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree.
    5+ years of successful full-cycle sales recruiting experience
    Strong ability to influence without authority
    Ability to navigate and flourish in the ambiguous startup environment
    Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
    Commitment to excellence and top performance.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Annual Salary Range:
