    Recruiting LeadAs our Recruiting Lead, you will work closely with leadership to understand the company's strategic direction and translate this into an effective talent plan.

    Your role involves championing innovative recruitment approaches, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring a strong employer brand presence.

    We are growing quickly, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies that help Pulley achieve our ambitious goals.

    ResponsibilitiesSet recruiting objectives that align with broader company goals.
    Build and manage a team of recruiters to create a strong pipeline and deliver a strong candidate experience.
    Establish strong partnerships with leadership to understand and anticipate hiring needs in line with business growth and development.
    Proactively identify and execute on employer branding opportunities.
    Maintain hands-on involvement in recruitment activities, carrying a certain number of requisitions and actively recruiting for key positions.
    Value creativity, innovation, collaboration and process amongst your team and the organization.
    Implement best practices in recruitment processes and tools, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and enhancing the candidate experience.
    Oversee the management of the recruitment budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet hiring goals.

    QualificationsBachelors Degree.5+ years of successful full-cycle sales recruiting experienceStrong ability to influence without authorityAbility to navigate and flourish in the ambiguous startup environmentExperience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
