    Job DescriptionJoin the Mindera Health team We're creating a precision and personalized diagnostic platform for patients, physicians, and payers to more effectively achieve therapeutic benefits for skin diseases faster and at a lower cost. Mindera Health is commercializing scalable non-invasive biomarker extraction technology and data analytics to profile over 7,000 biomarkers per sample collected through a patented non-invasive dermal biomarker patch. Dermal IntelligenceTM: Machine learning meets next-generation sequencing to predict treatment outcomes, improve patient care, and reduce costs. The company's flagship test, Mind.PxTM, provides a treatment algorithm to prospectively predict a patient's response to expensive psoriasis biologic drugs.

    We are looking for an Account Manager in the Baltimore/DC area. Ideally top candidate would live between both cities.

    Mindera Health is seeking a self-motivated Field Sales Account Manager to drive the adoption of Mind.Px through effective relationship building with Dermatologists and Rheumatologists. A successful candidate will take ownership of implementing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and impact business growth.

    The salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $130,000 annual. In addition, this position will be included in a no cap incentive compensation plan with a quarterly incentive goal of $15,000 + and a monthly transportation allowance of $800.

    Employees are eligible for a comprehensive and valuable benefit program, including 100% paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees, 15 days PTO, 12 holidays, flexible spending accounts, basic life and AD&D insurance, short term disability and up to a 4% 401K match.

    Position Responsibilities:
    • Engage target prescribers within assigned geographical territory.
    • Deliver clinically focused sales messages to introduce, launch, grow business to consistently deliver on product(s) sales goals.
    • Execute tactical strategies in accordance with company direction within the assigned geographic territory to drive individual, regional and company sales.
    • Meet Call Plan expectations and achieve territory, product sales goals while adhering to all Mindera Health Policies and Procedures, including company's Code of Conduct.
    • Promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on the use of company products through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, company-approved promotional speaker programs, and other company-approved means.
    • Work closely with the Sales Director, team members and other internal and external groups to achieve sales objectives.
    • Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, using proper terminology and approved messaging.
    • Proven adeptness at selling within multiple channels of communication; virtual and face to face (emails, phone calls, virtual engagements, etc.)
    • Maintain a positive and compliant working relationship with customers contacts, which include all members of HCP office and staff.
    • Accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports and within deadline as defined by Sales Management.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of company product(s) and related therapeutic information, including satisfactory completion of company's training program.
    • Attend and participate in teleconferences and live national/regional meetings and training sessions.
    • Represent Mindera Health at national and/or local conventions when requested.
    • Regularly review and analyze all available sales data to effectively utilize promotional budget funds.
    Required Skills & Abilities:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience, required.
    • Minimum 4-6 years of pharmaceutical selling and/or relevant diagnostic/device sales experience, required.
    • Selected candidates must live in their assigned territory.
    • Experience executing total office call in a specialty setting, required.
    • Experience calling on Dermatology and/or Rheumatology strongly preferred.
    • Proven ability to understand disease states, patient profiles, and treatment pathways to articulate and routinely present scientific information, required.
    • Proven track record of documented success which includes meeting or exceeding territory performance goals and achieving national levels of recognition.
    • Prior experience promoting newly launched product(s), strongly preferred.
    • Consultative selling experience
    • Possess strong presentation, organization, administrative and communication skills, required.
    • Experience in utilizing and optimizing CRM systems in support of territory dynamics, required.
    • Meet all requirements for pre-employment screening (criminal background check, motor vehicle history)
    • Must provide a valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage as required by the company policy.
    Additional Information:
    • Technology needs: proficiency using Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Travel requirements: Ability to travel as necessary or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel.
    • Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 20 pounds.
