• Summer Analyst at The World Bank Treasury (IBRD & IDA) (May - Aug 2022)
  • Rotation 1: Capital Markets Asset Liability Management & Policy -
    • Created term sheets and calculated the prices for interest rate swaps on EXCEL, observed fixed-income trades, participated in meetings with counterparty banks and credit rating agencies
  • Rotation 2: Reserve Management Advisory and Policy
    • Completed a project to improve the Client Management Platform for the engagement managers, researched diversification beyond fixed-income instruments for reserve management clients, participated in technical workshops on strategic asset allocation and credit risk with central banks

• Gathered data on countries’ economic policies and investigated the most efficient means to improve the supply-side of economies : wrote weekly memoranda and on current events in the global financial markets, developments in foreign countries, and policy-related economics issues for Professor Hanke’s Twitter account (580,000+ followers)
