- Build out a large prospecting list of potential clients
- Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities
- Manage outbound sales functions for the business
- Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics
- Plan and execute new business development markets
- Work with recruiting team on a daily basis
- Take on account management responsibilities if needed
- 1-3 years of highly successful business development experience
- 1-3 years of selling staffing services to US based hospitals and health systems
- Proven record of achieving company sales goals
- Able to increase revenue through outboard lead generation efforts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team player that has the ability to provide remarkable customer experiences
- Bachelors or Associates degree
