    ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking experienced Technical Program Managers (TPM) to drive complex, cross-functional programs, collaborating with world-class development teams and organizational leaders to deliver innovative, trustworthy experiences.

    THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

    • Manage cross-functional programs, fostering relationships across multiple teams to identify risks, manage dependencies, and optimize resources.
    • Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across software development areas within the organization.
    • Understand technology requirements, roadmaps, dependencies, and evolution, developing plans to mitigate risks and deliver features across multiple products.
    • Resolve conflicts, maintain clarity on priorities, and drive progress throughout the execution phases.
    • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practices and development processes in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment, driving impact through the deployment of key initiatives and promoting adoption of those processes.

    KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years of systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
    • Demonstrated experience leading execution across highly ambiguous, complex products, and programs.
    • Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams, showcasing critical thinking and thought leadership.
    • Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks, and devising solutions.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in large-scale systems.
    • Strong communication skills, capable of translating high-level goals into actionable plans and vice versa, and adept at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
    • Expertise in program management tools and methodologies.
    • Experience in agile development environments.
    • Familiarity with AR/VR technologies and ecosystems.
