What you'll do...

Manager, Program Management, Recruitment Marketing - Talent Acquisition
Ecommerce has a lot of moving parts, especially marketplace platforms. Billions of items available to millions of customers creates lots of opportunity to make experiences better for all parties. In this role, you'll work with a number of teams to drive excellence in Seller experience on our Marketplace.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

You use data to drive decisions and outcomes
You understand the current state of shipping platforms for ecomm
You obsess over your customers and develop solutions that delight them.
You are an operator, skilled at getting to the bottom of problems and identifying solutions
You are skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, both internal and external
You engage at a detailed level across key stakeholders including product, strategy, and engineering.
You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity while keeping key metrics and KPIs front of mind
You are organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You are stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.

You'll make an impact by:

Builder Mindset, driving end to end ownership
Drive endend ownership for system solutions for new and existing features working with relevant crossfunctional groups including product and engineering teams. Ensure critical business issues and product strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; close performance gaps

Creating business strategies

Develop roadmap for key business initiatives and advocate for solutions allowing sellers optimize delivery and post purchase experience on Walmart ; determine metrics and KPIs that best track performance
Working crossfunctionally and across multiple geos
Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Work with crossfunctional teams to translate product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.
