Description

We are hiring for a customer service representative in Montoursville. Person would be interacting with customers to provide day to day telephone supportto answer lease contract questions and processes payments.

key responsibilities

Obtains details to verify the identity of the customer
Communicates with customers by telephone, email, text, or chat about their accounts and provides lease program information
Processes payments and answers customer's payment questions
Answers questions regarding property taxes, limited warranty, vehicle registration, and devices issues
Explains End of Lease options to customers, make arrangements, and review with management for approval
Initiates follow-up with customers as needed to resolve issues
Documents all interactions of transactions on a timely basis such as details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken and next steps needed
Administrative processing of incoming/outgoing letters and documents as needed

experience

Customer Service/Administrative

qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, which requires knowledge of the structure and content of the English language
Ability to operate and use a computer to perform all functions of the position, including document management software, web-based applications, and use of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to use a multi-line phone system to speak with and listen to people on inbound and outbound calls with the use of a headset
Operation of general office equipment for faxing, scanning, printing, and copying
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
