As a
Customer Service Representative, you would be responsible for professionally representing DLI to our customers with knowledge and skills to provide them the product or service they need.

Responsibilities
- Work with management to resolve complaints concerning freight, deliveries, etc.
- Work with cross functional teams to track orders to ensure ontime deliveries.
- Provide clerical support including overseeing paperwork associated with claims and maintaining corresponding files.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
