- Identify and evaluate the Sales team's strengths and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies playing to people's strengths when coaching reps
- Create an environment where every single sales reps feel supported and challenged
- Be a leader who motivates the sales team to kick their sales game up a couple of notches
- Evaluating individual rep's performance and holding individual reps and the whole sales team accountable for meeting and exceeding sales goals and achieving KPIs
- Identify new opportunities, develop and execute plans enabling the team to close new business
- Identify areas of opportunity where the sales team can upsell and cross-sell with existing customers
- Build relationships with your colleagues as well as customers
- Collaborate with the executive and senior management teams to discuss sales opportunities
- Identify and onboard new customers while fostering and strengthening relationships with current customers
- 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of experience managing and leading a sales team consistently meeting or exceeding quotas, KPIs, and sales goals
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Business Administration, or Marketing
- Excellent creative problem-solving, critical thinking, oral, and written communication skills
- Experience as a Player Coach, who is a master encourager, motivator, and coach
- Experience successfully developing and implementing plans to increase revenue
- Experience using CRMs and other industry-standard sales tools
