    Job Summary

    • Plans, directs, or coordinates company operations.
    • Reports to the VP of Rehab Management
    • Consults with Directors of Rehabilitation (DOR), staff therapists, assistants, and techs at multiple sites
    • Skilled Nursing Experience Required

    Coordinates with therapy contractors, facility administration and participates in the facility and regional meetings as indicated.

    Job Qualifications

    • Physical and Sensory Requirements (with or without the aid of mechanical devices):
    • Mobility (includes walking, good balance), reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, ability to see and hear, ability to read and write, ability to communicate with patients, family members, personnel, and ability to remain calm under stress
    • Graduate from an accredited program for Physical, Occupation or Speech Therapy
    • Current licensure as a therapist in the state of practice.
    • At least 2 years of Regional Management and supervisory skills in skilled nursing setting.
    • Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
    • Must possess problem-solving skills of the type and at level necessary to accomplish the job.
    • Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patient's family members, and facility staff.
    • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
    • Must meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment drug screen or physical exam if required.
    • Must be capable of performing the Responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
