Nia Therapeutics is developing brain stimulation therapies to restore memory function after brain injury and disease.

Our team includes leaders in the fields of engineering, cybersecurity, neuroscience, and neurosurgery, and our technology has the potential to revolutionize the treatment of memory loss.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage the daytoday operations for the CEO. Prioritize communications for his review, responding and acting independently when appropriate.
  • Manage calendar, organize meetings and arrange travel logistics.
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new hires.
  • Oversee company purchasing and maintain records for monthly review with accountant.
  • Process company expenses and employee reimbursements.
  • Provide administrative support for company cofounder and senior staff.
  • Streamline administrative processes where possible.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years' experience of working as an Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to get things done.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MacOS and office software packages.
  • Prior experience in a research setting preferred.

LOCATION:

This position will be based in our engineering office in Back Bay, Boston, MA. Must be eligible to work in the US.

20-25 hours per week. Schedule flexible within normal business hours.
